Member Voice for March 18th - St. Patrick's Day!

The theme for March 18th is St. Patrick's Day! St Patricks Day is a time for Parades, Parties, Events. It is also a time of fun. Just for fun, here are a few Irish Blessings or Sayings.

St. Patrick's Day is an enchanted time - a day to begin transforming winter's dreams into summer's magic.  ~Adrienne Cook

For each petal on the shamrock
This brings a wish your way -
Good health, good luck, and happiness
For today and every day.
~Author Unknown

May your blessings outnumber
The shamrocks that grow,
And may trouble avoid you
Wherever you go.
~Irish Blessing

May you be in
Heaven a half hour before the
Devil knows you're dead!

Dance as if no one were watching,
Sing as if no one were listening,
And live every day as if it were your last.

  1. Sweden does not celebrate St Patrick's. Until I saw this theme coming up here, I've been under the impression that this was an exclusively Irish holiday!

  3. We do not celebrate St Patrick day here except maybe for the American expatriates . Let me see if I can find something else that match the theme of parades, parties, events.
