Front Gardens or Front Yards?
I can't resist using this photo.
Wowza...
Look at that front yard!
This is the Hibernia Mansion in Wagontown, PA.
Today it is a more of a museum
operated by Chester County.

English homes, even small ones, have gardens, front and back. In the UK, yards are for farm animals -- or delivery trucks!
ReplyDeleteWow, the yard is huge! I had ancestors who lived in Wagontown, PA back in the 1800s. I would like to visit some day.
ReplyDeleteNice!
ReplyDeleteI hope I have done this right. It seems to be working. I am hoping to join all you photo shoot-out fans, tho' I don't have a fancy camera. Am hoping to upgrade at Christmas.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure I know the difference between what should be called front garden vs front yard!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous, but thank goodness I don't have to mow that lawn!
