FTMSO is a group blog kept going by wonderful volunteers who love the idea of sharing our home towns and visiting other places through images.  We welcome you to participate in our weekly link-ups and/or get more involved as one of our volunteers.

  1. Topics: Colors of fall / spring or colors of november.
    In June of 2012 we did space to move..... A photo lesson, how about something similar.... An open space... This could be inside a large mall or the city's / town main plaza (piazza, praca, parkland) or even the inside of a large temple.
    We haven't done a scavenger hunt in a while... How about a bell tower / a glass door / something purple. Remember one photo for each item and / or one photo that contains all three. (All photos with all three will be spotlighted.)
    Feel free to adjust as needed.

  2. Topics: a holiday tradition. Course in the USA Thanksgiving (last Thursday in November) and Christmas (and other religious holidays celebrated at the end of December) and New Years but world wide there are festivals and other special holidays celebrated in our towns. Show and tell of one / use your archives or take new photos.

  4. In case anyone is courious about why / how I've come up with topic ideas... I have been going through my 2007 - 2009 posts and reading them... Things I've enjoyed writing about.
    Topic, end of 2013 or first of 2014, new - new construction, changes, remodeling, restoring - .. A bridge under construction, a city icon being restored ( before and after --- hum anther topi?). Old being torn down new being built

    Topic: museums in our towns...large or small every town (or a town close by) has a museum. Grand or simple, inside and out, they tell the stories of our town.
